Back to the Future follows a regular teenager named Marty McFly who accidentally travels thirty years into the past in a time-traveling DeLorean created by his eccentric scientist friend, Doc Brown. Marty must navigate 1955, avoid altering the timeline, and find a way back home to 1985 before it's too late. After inadvertently disrupting his own parents' meeting, Marty must play matchmaker to ensure they fall in love, or else he will cease to exist. With Doc Brown's help, Marty uses a lightning bolt to power the DeLorean, saves his future, and returns home to find his family's life dramatically improved.
